OUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Malas once purchased cannot be returned. However, your mala can be exchanged for one of equal or greater value, within 9 days from date of receipt. You will be responsible for all courier charges incurred in the exchange.
If you wish to exchange your mala, please write to us at email@example.com, mentioning the mala you wish to exchange along with the date of purchase and date of receipt. The mala must be returned by courier in its original packaging.
Difference in price will be adjusted by raising a new invoice to you. Courier charges will be added to the price difference, and reflected in the new invoice.
Custom designs cannot be returned or exchanged.
