Damaged Items

WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED MALA
If you have received a Mala which has been damaged in transit, please notify us by email at info@heartofallhearts.com within 3 days of receipt. And we also ask that you send a photo of the damaged item, so that we may assess the situation. Once the damage has been verified by this process, we will  send a new mala to you free of charge, and will courier it for free.

WHERE TO SEND YOUR DAMAGED MALA
The damaged item, in its original packaging, should be sent to Bobbi Paidel, . We will reimburse you for courier charges. PO Box 325, Lundbreck AB T0K 1H0

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR MALA BREAKS WITHIN 30 DAYS
If your Mala breaks within 30 days of receipt, and it was not due to mishap or misadventure on your part (we are offering this in good faith), please notify us immediately by email at info@heartofallhearts.com. We will exchange your mala at no cost to you, and will courier it for free.
